Chiswick Kitchen Garden has produced a fun gardening book for all the family to enjoy.

Five years ago Karen Liebreich, Jutta Wagner, Annetee Wendland and others began to restore the neglected seventeenth-century kitchen garden at Chiswick House.

They bought hundreds of local schoolchildren to work and learn in the garden and now the book; The Familt Kitchen Garden, is the fruit of that experience.

Published on May 21 2009, the book will cost £16.99 and provides clear instructions on growing vegetables, fruit, herbs and cutting flowers.
