Day 36: Made it to Taunton - not far now
Read about Matt George's Long Walk Home
I'm in Taunton, about 180 miles from the finish line. My feet are sore, in fact everything is sore. All I'm thinking about is the finish in a few days time sparing injury I should make it by Thursday.
The plan was tom walk the quickest rioute possible, so there are a lot of motorways and A-Roads which can be a bit hairy sometimes, but it saves me time and pain!
By the end the end of the day I'm knackered. I walk from 9am to 7pm with an hour for lunch so I'm pretty shattered. I just pitch my tent, cook some food and pass out for the night. But it's for a worthwhile cause and that keeps me going. I just want to get people to dig into their pockets to help out Cancer Research UK.
We'd like to hear from you. Send your stories, pics and videos
